Using a Web-based Action Alert system, BizFed allows members and their individual business members to quickly take action and inform elected officials on key issues.
INFLUENCE
With over 100,000 businesses unified in a powerful voice, BizFed members play an influential role with state, regional and local policymakers. In the past year, BizFed has advocated for members on issues ranging from Los Angeles County’s Measure R, a half-cent sales increase for vital transportation projects, and the statewide Proposition 11, which would end partisan gridlock by having an independent commission – rather than lawmakers - draw the legislative district boundaries.
